This is a modified version of Bruce Scherzinger's Cool Hits Counter found here.

I have made the following changes:

• Can output hits as text or image
  
• Added basic support for JoomlaStats 
• Removed hard-coded line-breaks from pre/post text
• Removed hard-coded table module class suffix
• Re-ordered module configuration page layout
  

I've emailed Bruce so these might get added into his next release (currently 1.0). I suggest checking for a newer official release. If there isn't one you can download my modified release here:
