Adobe have just released Lightroom 5.0. I’ve only just installed it and will be giving it a test drive very soon. I’m especially looking forward to the align features. On a side note, as a member tof Creative Cloud, it didn’t cost a dime! :p

Fly on Flickr. 1.6 sec at f/7.1 | 65 mm | ISO 100 I have much respect for anyone that shoots handheld with the MP-E macro lens; I’ve tried, and it requires patience and a steady hand. Suffice to say, this was taken with a content fly and a sturdy tripod.
Through the eye of a needle on Flickr. 30.0 sec at f/16 | 65 mm | ISO 100 I’ve currently playing with an MP-E 65mm macro lens and MT-24EX flash. This is my first attempt, and although the flash needs some diffusing I’m pleased with the result. Expect more macro exposures soon!
I’ve just upgraded to Adobe Lightroom 4.0 and looking forward to playing with the new features.
Time Machine just saved my arse! Or, more-so, an hour or so’s worth of work. What’s more I didn’t even have my Time Machine drive plugged in — Lion saves local Time Machine backups whilst on-the-move. Gotta love that!
